Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Global Bridge MNE, LLC ("we," "us," or "Company"), governing your access to and use of the ChaseAI platform at chaseai.app (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ChaseAI.

1. Description of Service

ChaseAI is an AI-powered invoice chasing platform that helps freelancers and small businesses recover overdue payments. The Service includes:

  • Invoice management and tracking.
  • AI-generated email chase sequences using Google Gemini.
  • Automated email delivery for approved sequences.
  • PDF invoice data extraction via AI.
  • Client management and recovery analytics.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using ChaseAI, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@chaseai.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Your use of ChaseAI is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

5. Plans, Pricing, and Payment

5.1 Plans

ChaseAI offers Free, Starter, and Pro plans. Features and limits for each plan are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with 30 days' notice.

5.2 Payment

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.
  • We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied. Contact support@chaseai.app to request a refund.
  • No refunds are provided after the 14-day period or for partial billing periods.

5.4 Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost with limited features. We reserve the right to modify Free plan limits with reasonable notice.

6. AI-Generated Content

  • ChaseAI uses Google Gemini AI to generate email chase sequences based on your invoice data.
  • AI-generated content is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all emails before they are sent.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.
  • You acknowledge that AI outputs may occasionally contain errors, and you are solely responsible for the final content sent to your clients.
  • When using your own API key ("BYOK"), your usage is subject to Google's Gemini API terms.

7. Email Sending

  • When you activate a chase sequence, ChaseAI sends emails on your behalf to the recipients you specify.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact the recipients and that the email content complies with applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other anti-spam regulations).
  • We reserve the right to suspend email sending if we detect abuse, spam, or violation of these Terms.

8. Your Data

8.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload or create in ChaseAI, including invoices, client information, and custom email content.

8.2 License to Us

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not use your data to train AI models.

8.3 Data Processing

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is stored in the EU (Ireland) on Supabase infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The ChaseAI platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Global Bridge MNE, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written consent.
  • The ChaseAI name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Global Bridge MNE, LLC.

10. Third-Party Services

ChaseAI integrates with third-party services including Google Gemini, Supabase, Resend, Stripe, and Vercel. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will achieve any particular result.
  • In no event shall Global Bridge MNE, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or revenue.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Bridge MNE, LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the Service or by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

14. Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
  • You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, for significant changes, via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Global Bridge MNE, LLC regarding the Service.
