Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the ChaseAI platform operated by Global Bridge MNE, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This AUP is part of, and incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Service.

By using ChaseAI, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Intended Use

ChaseAI is designed for lawful, professional invoice chasing and payment follow-up. The Service should be used only to:

  • Follow up on legitimate, outstanding invoices for goods or services you have provided.
  • Communicate with clients or customers with whom you have an existing business relationship.
  • Track and manage your accounts receivable.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use ChaseAI to:

2.1 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

  • Send unsolicited emails, marketing messages, or communications to people who have not done business with you.
  • Use the Service to send bulk email to purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists.
  • Send emails that violate the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, PECR, CASL, or any other applicable anti-spam legislation.

2.2 Fraudulent or Deceptive Content

  • Send chase emails for invoices that are fabricated, inflated, or otherwise fraudulent.
  • Impersonate another person, business, or entity.
  • Use misleading subject lines or sender information.
  • Demand payment for goods or services that were not provided.

2.3 Harassment and Threats

  • Use the Service to harass, intimidate, threaten, or bully any individual.
  • Send abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.
  • Make false legal threats or misrepresent legal consequences.
  • Contact individuals who have explicitly asked you to stop.

2.4 Illegal Activity

  • Use the Service for any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law.
  • Use the Service to collect debts you are not legally entitled to collect.
  • Violate debt collection laws or regulations (e.g., FDCPA in the US, if applicable).

2.5 System Abuse

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Service beyond normal usage.
  • Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or other technical restrictions.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

2.6 Content Restrictions

  • Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory.
  • Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Store or transmit sensitive personal data (e.g., Social Security numbers, health records, credit card numbers) in invoice notes or email content.

3. Email Sending Guidelines

When using ChaseAI's automated email features, you must:

  • Have a legitimate basis: Only send chase emails related to real invoices for real services you've provided.
  • Review before sending: Review all AI-generated emails before activating a sequence. You are responsible for the final content.
  • Honor opt-outs: If a recipient asks you to stop emailing them, pause or delete the sequence immediately.
  • Use accurate sender info: Configure your sender name and company name accurately in Settings.
  • Maintain reasonable volume: Do not use the Service to send excessive volumes of emails beyond normal invoice chasing.

4. AI Usage Guidelines

  • Do not attempt to manipulate the AI to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content.
  • Do not use the AI to generate content unrelated to invoice chasing (e.g., marketing emails, personal correspondence).
  • When using BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), you are also subject to Google's Gemini API terms of service and use policy.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP — by yourself or another user — please report it immediately to support@chaseai.app. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
  • Suspend or restrict your access to the Service, including email sending capabilities.
  • Terminate your account for serious or repeated violations.
  • Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm or legal liability.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
